Cheap price. Cormfortable stay. Suitable for family with kids.

Homestay was clean. Nice decoration. Swimming pool quite good (pls wear proper swimming suit.Jersey also can). Location was ok. 20minute to Ipoh town. The owner give clear check in & check out instruction. The most important is the price is so cheap compare if stay at Ipoh town.

Toilet floor cleanliness can be improve but still acceptable.

The place is strategically nice. Process to check in and check out are really simple.

Only get 1 set keys. The other residence allowed to wear normal clothes at the pool and it make the water cloudy and too much chlorine
