The hotel was clean and the food and service in the main buffet restaurant was excellent.
The other restaurants on site that needed to be booked in advance lacked enough staff to offer good service and aside from the Italian they were all sub par and meant we headed back to the main buffet restaurant after eating to get a decent meal.

It's a beautiful complex . Breakfast was generally very good.
The winter all inclusive is very limited. One bar that doesn't open until 3pm which is outside so not comfortable in the cold and rain .

Property was absolutely stunning!! The grounds, the wheelchair accessibility also for using a buggy the whole resort was buggy friendly. Also had a playground on site and all inclusive was great! Rooms were cleaned every day, rooms were beautiful and so spacious! Air con in every apartment and cot supplied for my son Was perfect!
the main buffet restaurant had no lift or ramp up to it so it meant lifting the pram up, food was okay but did become repetitive but very good value for money!

Nice comfortable bed and great shower.
Only minor point was the fountain continually running in Block K.
