    Prince was such a great host. He's got an interesting back story with a rich background and entertained us with all of his stories. Keep in mind it's a shared kitchen space. For the price you definitely get value for your money. He responded quickly to any of our queries. Wifi was reliable. The pool was nice. Prince is also a great DJ.

    The room was always clean, Staff ready to help.
    We waited about three hours before we could check in. We had frequent power failure and water shortage the first two days without a backup solution. The breakfast wasn't up to standard. Most of the time, water in the kettle had small deposits.

    Perfect place!
    The location, the villa itself is lit. Clean and organised. I work remotely while travelling, I was impressed with the speed of internet and it was relaxing working by the pool. I enjoyed every corner of this villa. I felt home away from home with the privilege of getting close to royal artifacts from Cameroon, this is not common! It's Close to amenities and easy to get around the town. I will definitely be back.

    Exceptional place to spend your days where you feel like a royal. Worth all your money
    When I read one of the reviews here, I almost did not want to reserve this place. I am extremely glad I did not make that decision as it would have been a wrong one. I guess everyone has his or her own experience and it is always best to have yours. The place is just exactly as the host described. I guess the traditional flare may have been scary to the other person who reviewed it but to me, it was indeed thrilling, mind blowing, and amazing. If you want to feel like a royal and a high-class person, then Muwah Palace Villa is the place to stay in. I love the fact it is almost at the center of most attractions I like e.g., the zoo, the lake, beach, pool, golf course, tennis court, great restaurants, public amenities etc. Me being a germophobe, I found the place and the receptionist to be very clean. The place and environment also felt very safe. I slept like a princess while I was there.lol. In fact it was really comfortable. Oh I love food. I can not but say, the meals prepared were amazing, absolutely delicious!!! I am looking forward to going back to South Africa and Muwah Palace Villa is definitely the only place I will be staying in. Thank you for your excellent service that met and exceeded my expectations.

    Extremely bad. I hated everything about the place. It doesnt look safe at all. I hate it there!
    Stood by the gate for an hour until someone can to open!...the open inside the house the whole time. Im sorry but she didnt look clean. The place looks like a kidnap zone. I changed my booking right there and then. I was scared for my life
    Clean the place...your receptionist should look presentable. Yours looked like she just got out of bed...midday!!!

    Fair price in a comfortable property
    Spacious, two bedroom accommodation, with lots of amenities. It would be nice to visit during warm weather to be able to use the pool. Breakfast and WiFi plus loads of smart TVs included. Neighborhood had several decent restaurants within easy walking distance.
    The location isn't the best in Johannesburg, but that's not the property's fault. The host went out of their way to make us feel welcome at a more than fair price. Might want to reconsider the pigeon coop in the driveway.
