Superb

Prince was such a great host. He's got an interesting back story with a rich background and entertained us with all of his stories. Keep in mind it's a shared kitchen space. For the price you definitely get value for your money. He responded quickly to any of our queries. Wifi was reliable. The pool was nice. Prince is also a great DJ.

The room was always clean, Staff ready to help.

We waited about three hours before we could check in. We had frequent power failure and water shortage the first two days without a backup solution. The breakfast wasn't up to standard. Most of the time, water in the kettle had small deposits.

Exceptional

Exceptional place to spend your days where you feel like a royal. Worth all your money

When I read one of the reviews here, I almost did not want to reserve this place. I am extremely glad I did not make that decision as it would have been a wrong one. I guess everyone has his or her own experience and it is always best to have yours. The place is just exactly as the host described. I guess the traditional flare may have been scary to the other person who reviewed it but to me, it was indeed thrilling, mind blowing, and amazing. If you want to feel like a royal and a high-class person, then Muwah Palace Villa is the place to stay in. I love the fact it is almost at the center of most attractions I like e.g., the zoo, the lake, beach, pool, golf course, tennis court, great restaurants, public amenities etc. Me being a germophobe, I found the place and the receptionist to be very clean. The place and environment also felt very safe. I slept like a princess while I was there.lol. In fact it was really comfortable. Oh I love food. I can not but say, the meals prepared were amazing, absolutely delicious!!! I am looking forward to going back to South Africa and Muwah Palace Villa is definitely the only place I will be staying in. Thank you for your excellent service that met and exceeded my expectations.
