Passable

Great for kids but not worth the price

Great pool bar, close to the beach with a shuttle service but check the times before planning a trip.

Considering the amount of money spent for a room and what I actually received it was a ripoff. Not very clean, mould in the shower and hair from others everywhere..yuck! Pity the pool closes early.

Not satisfied and will be our last in here

We were wait for 30 minutes only for check in and the staff not accompany us to the room. The hotel so big and 3 times took the wrong lift everytime we meet with the staff they only show the way but not take us to the room and we end up went to the wrong lift 3 times. The staff also put the wrong bill for us, we enjoyed 3 coconut water in swimming pool and when we asked them to charge in the room they said they cant because we dont put deposits which is understandable and we paid with our credit card straight. But when we checked out the staff said there is still bill that we need to pay and we argued because we already paid all the bill and again we need to waited 30 minutes to wait the confirmation and finally they said its glitched in their system. Very waste the time and waste money to paid 500$ NZD for family room. Its very different with Hyatt hotel the staff in Hyatt so friendly and always smile. If Hyatt not full that day I wouldnt end up in Movenpick and its gonna be our last time stay in Movenpick Bali.
