Great for kids but not worth the price

Great pool bar, close to the beach with a shuttle service but check the times before planning a trip.

Considering the amount of money spent for a room and what I actually received it was a ripoff. Not very clean, mould in the shower and hair from others everywhere..yuck! Pity the pool closes early.

Not satisfied and will be our last in here

We were wait for 30 minutes only for check in and the staff not accompany us to the room. The hotel so big and 3 times took the wrong lift everytime we meet with the staff they only show the way but not take us to the room and we end up went to the wrong lift 3 times. The staff also put the wrong bill for us, we enjoyed 3 coconut water in swimming pool and when we asked them to charge in the room they said they cant because we dont put deposits which is understandable and we paid with our credit card straight. But when we checked out the staff said there is still bill that we need to pay and we argued because we already paid all the bill and again we need to waited 30 minutes to wait the confirmation and finally they said its glitched in their system. Very waste the time and waste money to paid 500$ NZD for family room. Its very different with Hyatt hotel the staff in Hyatt so friendly and always smile. If Hyatt not full that day I wouldnt end up in Movenpick and its gonna be our last time stay in Movenpick Bali.

Wonderful and the whole resort smelt beautiful.

The pool was amazing and the staff kept everyone entertained. Staff arranged volleyball which was heaps of fun.

The staff are so friendly, the rooms are so clean and tidy, they also have chocolate hour which have different varieties of chocolates and sweets ... the Hotel is perfect. also the breakfast is very delicious !

Great hotel for family with a short access to Jimbaran Beach.

The property looks luxurious, the junior site room is roomy. The pool was great.

There are rooms ( not ours ) that are facing the shopping street. At night they might be noisy because of the music events.

The property was very family friendly and there was lots going on at the hotel which made it very fun. The staff were really kind and helpful.

We had booked a king bed. Upon arrival, we were told we had a twin bed despite paying more for the king. After proving we did pay for a king, it then took nearly 2 hours to prepare the room and we didnt get to check in until 5pm. We were given an afternoon tea for the inconvenience however, this shouldnt happen at a 5* hotel. As check in is already 3pm, we felt we missed out on part of the day. The kids pool slide and play area is very old and looks like its falling apart. The buggy service from Jimbaran beach stopped at 6:10am meaning you had to miss the sunset or stay and pay for a taxi back to the hotel.
