    The place make me and my family feel just like home
    It is very clean and new. The place is suitable for my family and has everything needed as we are at home. It will be perfect if you have a car since you need it for your movement as the place is not in the town centre and it has a private parking place.

    Great house, and very well stocked and comfortable - it had everything we needed, including parking. The instructions for accessing the keys arrived in good time. It was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

    we enjoyed our stay, a great shame there was a problem with the boiler and we had 4 days without hot water- fortunately
    Good location for Coventry and surrounding area. Nice estate with park. Layout of house suitable for family. Welcome food pack and other products available.
    stale smell, no high chair as stated in information. oven was dirty. No general wheelie bin for rubbish. A folder with info would be helpful re bins, tv, etc.

    not cleaned properly and interference from owner regarding security deposit and meet and greet
    location
    wrongly advised as 4 double beds and 3 bathrooms downstairs toilet door hanging off drawer front on to unit off rubbish under furniture dining table only sits 4 in house for 10 dish washer bottom rack has no wheels

    Fantastic home and good customer service. They responded to calls and emails promptly.
    The house was fantast except the ensuit bathroom which was not draining.
    The bathroom in the ensuit on the top floor was not draining.

    dog toys were found on the bed; and some yellowish dirts on the towels
