Outstanding stay

Absolutely outstanding place to stay. Spacious room with hot tube on the balcony with an amazing view to the sea. The beds are very comfy, we slept like babies. The hotel staff, all employees are very friendly, we felt very welcome, like in a family and big thank to all of them. Daily breakfast is served a la carte and it is absolutely delicious, lunch or dinner available as well and the menu is very delicious too. A pool bar is open all day too. The hotel offer taxi drive from/to the airport, which is very comfortable. To the city centre it is a short drive too, about 7 minutes by hotel taxi. Highly recommended, it is worthed.

Disappointing 4 day stay.

Staff were very pleasant and service was good. Breakfast was very good. bedding/pillows very good.

The loud music from morning till evening at the pool, which made it unpleasant, you could not escape it ! So we spend as much time as possible away from the hotel. This is an expensive hotel I dont understand why they have to impose music all day long, you could not escape it as there is no room at the pool to move away from the speakers. No other guests area available. This is not a party hotel in September in view of other guests. We had a terrace in front of our room which could have been pleasant but 3 air conditioning units were making a noise again all day long till 11pm , so you could not relax there either ! Basically this hotel is not a relaxing place. We stayed 4 days, a Nespresso mc was provided, being in Greece you are supposed to use bottled water, the hotel provided water the 1st day but not the other days ! When you pay over 400 euros a night ! I would expect water. The amenities kit was never replaced either. I thought I had booked this hotel as a treat, I was very disappointed. Other hotels on Mykonos offer a much better experience for a lot less money.
