Good value for money and location

We liked the location - a 20-30 minute walk to the Vatican, the Colosseum and Fontana di Trevi. Just across the bridge, there are lively bars of Trastevere for the younger crowd, and plenty of nearby restaurants. The hotel receptionists are wonderful and very welcoming. We recommend this hotel for its hospitality, location and value for money.

A complete nightmare staying at this hotel.

Property was in a good walking location to attractions

Hotel has some type of mold issue. Walls are badly warped and rooms are very dusty. I have allergies and could barely sleep at night due to the severe mold and dust build up in the rooms it was very hard for me and my Wife to breath at night. I asked after one night of staying if I could be refunded and checkout for my last two nights, but they declined and said I would not be refunded. I requested another room and the desk person told me that it would cost me more money to switch my room. I dont think the hotel tried to resolve the issue at all and this is unacceptable. The hotel appliances and look of Hotel is up to date but I believe they are covering up a mold infestation. The hotel was not accommodating in any way. I also had a suspicious hole in the ceiling of my room and requested a new room on Day 1 but was denied.was only able to cover the hole up with a piece of tape. I would like to be refunded for this nightmare of a stay.
