    The location close to the tube make it easier to get to the airport. The room was big and had a nice balcony with table and chairs. The personal was very kind. The receptionist was very kind keeping the vaccine I was transporting in the fridge they had on the reception.
    I am dust mites allergic and I wrote the hotel when I booked it to let them know about it, for then to have that in consideration when cleaning the room. I also asked them if there was a fridge where I could keep the vaccine I was transporting that needed to be refrigerated. I didn't receive any response to that message. When I got to the hotel the receptionist did not know about that message I sent to them through the booking app. Happily we could manage about the vaccine. However, it was very disappointing founding other's people hair in the bathroom and over one of the pillows and red stains on the sheet. Also the floor was not properly clean. Definitely, the cleaning is an area for them to get better at.

    disgusted with the way the situation was handled & I guess I won't be getting a refund?
    stopped here often & great location, lovely clean rooms.
    my Husband had an 'accident' in the lift 'due to a poorly stomach 4 days into our stay & sadly didn't quite make it to the toilet' albeit we did offer to clean it up/or pay fell on deaf ears & was was promptly told to pack and leave the hotel on Christmas Day b4 they phoned the police.

    Excellent value for money, staff were very nice and friendly, wi fi was very good! it;s nice that they were constantly maintaining the property, shall reccomend :)

    Great location. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff.
    Great central location. 5 minutes walk from train station. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
    Had difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi but it did work with te password in the lift rather than at reception.
