Due to the issues above we cancelled our stay immediately and chose to go to another hotel. When we confronted the owner, he was not responsive and wouldn't reply to any messages and was impossible to contact. He said he would investigate but we never heard back. We are now seeking a refund via disputing the transaction with our bank to recover the money we paid.

Room was over-rated in my opinion. Cleaning can be improved. However, the host was helpful.
Host was promptly reply the message and was willing to fix the issue.
Room was not clean as we expected especially the dish washers , and all kitchen appliances. We found broken glass in the dish washer and very bad smell from the machine. We refused another cleaning as we didnt want to wait and were planning to eat out. We ran the machine and it worked, all clean after that.
