Location is top notch! Its close to shops, bus stops and stations, and other attractions. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I had a great nights sleep every day. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job every time! My room was always so so so clean when I returned.
Only that I had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the restaurant at 6th floorwhich means that its not easily accessible for guests who come with their elderly parents (and Im afraid I wont be able to take my parents to stay here in my next holiday :/)

Perfect and safe location, if you want to stay close to Taksim square.
Excellent service from the reception staff, especially Mohammed was exceptional! Very polite and willing to help! They upgrade our room upon arrival without any extra cost. The room was tidied up on daily basis.
