The bar area was nice. Rooms were clean and tidy

Could have done with an extra pillow as there was only one for each person in the room and they were paper thin. The blind on the window could have been a black out one as a lot of light came through in the morning. The bath mat was an entrance mat and was soaking even before we got in the shower.

Ideal 1-night stop if youre passing by Newcastle

We came to Newcastle to watch a Champions League game against AC Milan. Great value for money in a convenient location. Spacious room for a group of 4 people.

The room was a bit cold and lacked proper ventilation, especially in the bathroom.

Perfect for the cost!

Very warm for a cold winters day, exactly what was needed especially with such a low cost

Would probably prefer digital cards over traditional keys so we can have more than one key and have people come back at different times

Only liked that it had its own pool table and bar

As a disabled woman who has trouble walking I had to climb for flights of stairs and down. The bed was supposed to be for two people so a double but it was a 3/4 bed so we didnt sleep and was squashed together. The TV didnt work either, and we had to share the toilet and bathroom facilities.

Very happy with our stay

Bed was comfy it was very clean, excellent location for the utility arena for the concert, and the man running it couldn't of been more helpful with booking us taxis so we were safe getting around

Area wasn't the greatest but like I said he booked us taxis, and he helped with the door lock so when we went out our belongings were safe

Nice little hotel

Just outside the city centre so it was peaceful at night away from the traffic. Bus link outside the hotel. You get what you pay for. The hotel receptionist was polite and informative.

No hairdryer available. The shower wasn't powerful but done the job.
