    Starting to become a tradition for our family
    We done this two years running now on the same dates (right before Christmas) we love the top floor bedroom the way all the beds are in the same room infront of the screen we are a large family so we love that this place sleeps 8, we love all the little touches that make it beautiful. All the art work on the walls the small detail is our favourite thing, we can tell the owners worked hard on this property it really is lovely to have all the small detail
    Only one small thing We didn't like how many times the rules was listed round the house We understand the rules are most likely due to neighbours but because they was listed In so many places it give us a bit of anxiety about the kids playing and stuff being noisy and excited

    Great place for a stop for a forward journey to relax not really suitable for a group as nowhere to eat together & o
    Very clean
    Most of the beds need replacing , very uncomfortable due to sticking out springs . One bed in the attic had no springs in it at the top end so had to sleep at the tail end . Hot tub too small for the 6 of us . 1 toilet roll for 6 girls sharing . Outside of Blackpool in a residential area & very overlooked , luckily it was winter so went in hot tub when dark.

    The trip was ok for the price!
    The hot tub is nice & you can tell theyve tried to make the property nice.
    beds are extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen unclean plates and cups dirty but they did supply cleaning stuff so we just rewashed / we were given 1 toilet roll for the full trip. Cold couldnt turn on heated

    Booked as a surprise getaway for my fiance and she had a huge smile on her face the whole time!
    The owner of this house has done an amazing job of modernising the property and making it feel really homely. We really enjoyed it and felt comfortable.
    We really enjoyed this stay. I wish we could have gone in the hot tub for a bit longer than 9:30pm but once we got out, the home theatre really made up for it.

    All said though We had a lovely stay . Just a night comfortable night was needed. Hopefully this can be rectified .
    The space inside was great and quite modern although carpets a little worn . Hot tub was amazing . Very equipped kitchen for all your needs .
    The mattress on the beds were really uncomfortable .. everyone of the group struggled sleeping because they could feel the springs . Which is a shame as this was the only thing that let the place down . The front garden looked a little overgrown also which lets the property down as its your first impression when you get out of the car .

    Lovely and clean but needs a few adjustments.
    Very clean and the jacuzzi was fab for the kids.
    The mattress in the first bedroom was so bad - springs gone on one side- that one of the guest had to sleep on the couch. With 4 adults as part of the group there were only two wine glasses and two tea mugs.

    Perfect house and AMAZING hot tub!
    This house exceeded all expectations. The house is stunning inside and so spacious. There were 7 of us staying for the weekend and it was perfect. The bedrooms felt like hotel standard, each with dressing areas, extension leads which came in handy for hair appliances and chargers. They'd thought of everything. The hot tub was obviously the highlight and fit us all in comfortably. It was all set up and ready for us when we arrived. We went out in Blackpool and found it really easy to get there and back, so a great location too. I honestly can't say anything bad about the place. The host was really friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a house to stay at close to Blackpool. We'll definitely go back. :)
