This smart hotel is a 20-25 minute walk from Cologne train station and the cathedral. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in assisting us to change our room when the online check-in went wrong and allocated us the wrong room. They also assisted us in storing our luggage at the hotel before check-in. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The Nespresso machine and complimentary pods replenished each day was a nice touch. There are restaurants and bars serving kolsch near to the hotel, but it also does not take long to walk into the centre of Cologne. All in all we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.

Everything was as expected - high in quality, clean and cozy. No disturbances or accidents.
The room was exactly like described and it was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with a cat and when we arrived we found litter box and cat food bowl waiting for us in the room - that was nice. If you ask to skip a day of room cleaning, you get a voucher for a free drink in the bar downstairs - that's a cool option!
The view from the window is on the inner courtyard and it has potential to be so much better - right now it's just an empty space with few patches of green.

Overall a very nice property to stay at.
Nice view of the park and radio tower.
Good location next to a large Cinema complex with many restaurants.
Parking below in a shared garage.
The air flow in the room was a bit stuffy and warm at night. It did improve with the air conditioning on at nights.

Central and convenient location idea for short weekend breaks!
The bed was very comfortable, free sweets were a lovely touch. Staff were excellent. Information pack was a great asset!
Main lounge could be made bigger and breakfast was rather expensive.

The location was great. Quiet but very easy to walk into the centre.
Breakfast was way too expensive. I only would have wanted a coffee and a pastry and there wasnt an option for this.

The location and the view to the lake and the Dom was amazing, the room was clean and amenities were on high standard,
The staff and the reception people were so kind and friendly, I will come again
I cant say anything bad about my experience, only a small thing, the windows cant be opened so it will be not the best experience for the people who always like to get natural fresh air
