We loved our stay in Porto and the hotel was great.

The location was great, our room was very clean, warm and a good size. We enjoyed the saunas as well.

The pool was a little too cold.

NH doesn't disappoint and during my stay it wasn't the exception. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was a good location, not as close to the centre as everything else. However, it was a nice area where you could walk around and feel safe.

Our room was very spacious, with a balcony and great views of the Batalha square and toward the river. Super clean and well maintained. Breakfast was v.good. The location is top -- allowing you to walk to many places. The hop-on-hop-off bus stop is right around the corner. The Luis I Bridge is around 5-7 mins walk, around 20 mins walk to Livraria Lello. For healthier food options Honest Greens in Santa Catarina street appears to be the closest and v.affordable.

Excellent location and very clean!

Excellent location! Clean, organized property. Cleaning service came every day, room was very clean. Good affordable room service for when we felt too lazy to go out in the rain.

Rooms were a little small. Shower leaked and made bathroom floor wet and slippery. Bed was comfortable for 1-2 nights, but for 4 nights it was a little stiff.

Excellent hotel

Everything was perfect, NH Collection is a really amaizing hotel on excellent location. Hotel is very clean, with comfort rooms. Breakfast was also really good and reach. Staff on reception desk were very polite and helpfull.
