Superb

It is a very good hotel to enjoy and get to know Genova

It is an excellent hotel in service, location, and food. The rooms are clean, spacious and without external noise for a complete rest. The bus route is a few steps away and access to the old city that can be done by walk.

It would be important to build a ramp to lift the suitcases from the lobby to the elevator.

THE LOCATION

PARKING WAS INDICATED BUT IT WASN'T, IT IS VERY SERIOUS TO INDICATE A SERVICE AND THEN NOT HAVE IT THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY MODEST FOR THE COST OF 27 EUROS THE ROOM WAS MODEST FOR A 5 STAR HOTEL

A Pkeasant Stay in Genova

Lovely staff, always helpful and very friendly. We got the room to our use early which was very much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. No noise as it was facing some inner yard. Also the location worked for us; we walked everywhere! There is a small Carrefour just around the corner, a nice cafe and couple of pizzerias nearby.
