Nice room
The room is nice; however, the view from the balcony is not as spectacular as shown in the pictures. Additionally, some facilities in the shower, like the shower gel holder, need fixing. The food in the hotels restaurant is horrible , but the breakfast was acceptable

A wonderful base from which to explore Sintra
I've been here before and I'll visit again. It's a bit of an adventure to get there but a good location from which to explore Sintra's attractions. It has a very nice breakfast with great views and there are a lot of restaurants to choose from right outside.

Wonderful stay - centrally located and very comfortable room.
Great location, nice room and amenities. Breakfast buffet was delicious.
The only thing I didn't like was that Ubers do not drop you to the front door of this hotel. It seems to be an issue with local municipalities vs Uber specifically because if you drive your own vehicle there is no issue, but it ends up being about a 500m walk mostly uphill with all of your suitcases based on simply entering the hotel name into Uber. There is a police man stationed at a certain spot stopping all vehicles and telling Ubers they cannot proceed any further. The hotel should provide instructions upon booking about where to direct the Ubers to go to avoid this hike.
