We booked standard double room but it was very big and spacious so it seemed like premium room. Bed was very comfortable and big. Bathroom was very nice and clean as well.

Very clean and renovated room. comfortable bed and check out time is very convenient at 12 noon.location is also at the centre of trieste and walking distance to everything.
Constructions at the front of the property, but the inside is very clean.

The location of the hotel was perfect, five minutes walk from train station.

The night porter was friendly and gave us directions to the restaurants.
Very impersonal hotel, no character, also being renovated so fully covered in scaffolding outside.
Didn't see many staff, one lady on reception at all times, she could use a hand to increase service at peak times
