Contemporary style, city view, comfy bed, nicely designed bathroom. Overall, it had a nice and welcoming atmosphere and very helpful staff.
Cleaning can be done more thoroughly, we found a pair of socks and a shopping receipt behind the curtains.

Amazing building and location. Nice decoration and concept.
The division of the bathrooms and the living space was not well designed, this having experienced the normal room and the junior suite (after upgrade). Furthermore, the hospitality service has some room for improvement.

Absolutely Perfect
The location was perfect! Nightclubsand bars in walking distance as well as restaurant, public transport, and a mall. The hotel bar was so fun on NYE and staff (especially Fabian) were fantastic. There is also snack bar with d4inks, wine, beer, etc. right in the lobby. The room decor is super cute and you have Nespresso machine and refrigerator. Cannot wait to return!

The worst experience ever - reconstruction noise and not working wifi

Hotel is doing hidden reconstruction ( which was not mentioned during the booking ), wifi did not work in my room so i had to use roaming for the internet. They were not be able you fix wifi during 10 days and did not even tried. Cleaning service is bad too

Third stay, slightly disappointed
So this was my third stay at the nHow hotel - previously I've stayed in the Deluxe Room or Junior Suite (always with river view). The location is still awesome, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast has everything you expect but
The "regular" river view room is quite small and looks upon a large roof in front of the river as it's slightly recessed no comparison to the better rooms where you "float" above the quay and see nothing but river. Also while there isn't much of a difference between the Deluxe Room and the Junior Suite (which is in fact just a slightly larger room with a much larger bathroom), the regular room seems tiny. Only a single chair, only a tiny (rounded) desk that protrudes from the wall, no welcome water bottles with a friendly note on the table, and no "large double bed" but two small beds pushed together (with a 5cm gap after you got all the blankets out), I hate that. Dear hotels, at least tie the beds together with some velcro tape around the bedstead but that dreadful gap of doom is unacceptable. I talked to the reception and they told me they didn't get the booking.com notification that I wanted a large double bed indeed, so EITHER: contact the hotel before your arrival and point out that you booked a double bed OR tell the receptionist at the check-in again. Better yet: book the Deluxe room for 20 more, you wont regret it.
