Disgraceful behaviour

Distance away from the airport

It didnt have adequate heating in actual fact it had virtually nothing, one small, oil heater example would be trying to light the MCG with candles. The bed was disgraceful. It didnt matter where you slept. You always fell back into the middle of the bed springs were gone. Pillows were a disgrace and the bedsheets were for summer, if youre gonna rent out an ex-granny flat that has virtually no insolation, at least put some flannelette sheeting ,but the worst thing was the owner came bursting in while I was in my underpants to ask me if I need anything, not knocking just blatantly coming in , I actually thought I was getting broken into .When I had already checked in / arrive at 6pm., . And on top of that they were trying to rent the room and showing the people while I was in there as well. Also I wouldnt have comment on this, but the place has been painted by a 12-year-old and renovated by 10-year-old and decorated by a teenager who doesnt have much money.

suited my situation as I needed a place to sleep close to Broadmeadows station

close to Broadmeadows station. clean and comfortable

its basically a garage thats been converted into a 2 bedroom flat. key access with no security chains on doors. I had the place to myself and got in late. had someone been trying to sleep in the other room I am sure they would not have been happy. would be ideal for 2 couples to share a place for the weekend.

Great value, clean and good communication made everything stress free

I booked to be near the airport for an early departure. I didnt have high expectations and it was just for one night. The communication was very good prior during and after my visit (I had to retrieve a pair of specs I left behind). The "room" was a separate bedroom kitchenette lounge and bathroom. Much more than a room. And spotless. Everything worked. Highly recommend.

Nothing - the accomodation met all I needed.

It was a bit difficult to find entrance but mainly because it was dark and actual address on website differed to gate entry.

We couldn't find a heater in main area, so we stayed in our room.

Excellent value. Good location, very easy to get to from the airport, safe quiet, secure. Good communication and fast responses from host. Comfortable bed and all amenities available, even tea and coffee just like in a comfy hotel. Full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Can't ask for more

Nothing to report here. Whoever is winging about things they don't like should take into account the cost and convenience.

Very good

Quiet, clean, comfortable, secure, close to the airport, close to transit, free use of washing machine, very reasonably priced accommodation for the area.

The only variable is who's in the room next to you, because they'll either be quiet and respectful or completely oblivious and noisy. I had the latter, but I was so tired I slept anyway.

Passable

The host was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Bed was comfortable and place was clean. Nice little outdoor area.

The place was very difficult to find especially in the dark. The directions must say corner of camp Rd and holberry Street. Tea and Coffee available but no milk so if it's just a lay over for your next flight byo milk. No aircon and heating was a portable oil heater. Shower head was difficult to set in one position.
