Exceptional

Great renovated rooms with luxury bathroom

The view from the rooms and from the rooftop were amazing you could see all three pyramids without any blockings. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was above average.

The surroundings of the property was not safe but this applies for all the neighbourhood. Do not plan to walk around the hotel. Use Indrive or Uber.

Clean room

The people who they assign as tour guide or pick up and drop are greedy to get money by asking crazy tips. Take care of guide, they'll take unwanted places and forcible to buy things with high price. Even they'll take you to street food restaurant by saying best but it'll cost you as luxury restaurant price. They'll force you to take a horse riding at pyramid, it's fine to get high price for the ride again they'll make to pay tips for same guy. All the people for the service are big Time scams. Use Uber or rent a car for whole day. Hotel people won't take any action with these people even after we complaint.

Really nice hotel.

My room was very clean and spacious, staff were nice and friendly . The view of the pyramids from the rooftop is amazing and they serve a decent breakfast.

Uber is easy to use and very cheap, also, look outside the hotel if you want to pay for a guide tour. The restaurant was not great, their menu is pretty bad plus they dont have any vegan options apart from; lentil soup, white rice and fries.

fantastic rooms, 2 Egyptian star service.

the rooms were nice and extremely great value for money. you ask for extra towels etc you got it on time and with very friendly housekeeping staff. for any family looking for decent accommodation, the rooms were great at the price. Aircons worked well, hot showers etc was clean neat and tidy. view from balcony was great, just dont look down. lol. breakfast was pretty good with lots of tasty options. the falafels were amazing!

just be warned of the exact location of this property. Google maps does not show u that its in between some alley to get to it. this is in the heart of Giza. u will smell the camels, the horse stables, the works.. from the main road, 2min walk from the main road into a smelly, broken down looking alley off the main road. horse and carts, donkeys and camels going up and down (you will love it for the experience tho) if u can manage that 2min and reach the hotel, all is well. its a very very unique experience. the lift never worked the entire time; do not expect 5 star help from the management in a situation like this. I ended up carrying 7 bags up and down myself because if I had waited for help, would have taken forever. the management just kept joking it would be fixed in two Egyptian minutes. maybe I was not in the mood for jokes after being awake for 36 hours on arrival, but I think if the lift worked, I probably would have had a better experience engaging far less with the people at reception. my worst experience ever at any hotel, and I do travel a lot, was one of the ladies at breakfast who was just super nasty and had zero class in way she addressed you even when I very politely spoke to her. I was telling her I just came up for coffee and only asked for coffee. she asked for my room no. I then said my family would come up later for breakfast (as there is no coffee in the rooms, just tea). that womens attitude to someone being polite and friendly was unacceptable and I have never met anyone in any hotel with that kind of attitude. knowing the hotel allows a snooty snob like that to engage with guests was the pits. maybe she is their family who knows and thats why she is employed there. she made it clear stop talking and give her my room number and go eat or drink.
