Staycation at a very affordable price.

Place is accessible and near to good restos.

It was kind of dusty and there is a smell from the CR, must be the drainage or the pipes.

Staff - was accommodating & well mannered Housekeeping - excellent! regularly checking & timely Pool & Gym Amenities - clean & well organized Bed - very comfortable Location - situated near the Malls & City

Before booking in this Hotel, kindly check the reviews. We were not aware of the previous incident that happened near by this Hotel. If we have know, we would have selected another property. Management - should handle the Hotel & facility better. Lifts / Elevator - 2 lifts for 37 floor building is not suitable for your tenants. Carrying a sleeping child and waiting for 20 to 25 mins is not acceptable just to go to your flat. Location - check if its suitable for you as its situated deeply inside a compound. Security - we feel secured with the guards but we do not want to be constantly asked which flat are we staying every time we go outside. Amenities - please include a changing room & shower room for the use of your pool & gym. Breakfast - can be made better for more variation of menu Restaurant - high chair or baby chair should be provided for the convenience of those with child

the staff was very attentive

the lobby looked very nice and modern, almost like a 4* hotel but then when entered the room the odour coming up from the bathroom drains was vomiting. we booked the same day in the morning as we only needed a place whilst transiting through Cebu. We could chose between two twin beds or a queen. requested a queen bed. got confirmation that the booking was confirmed and our request too. advised them that we would arrive by 7.30pm. we arrived at 9pm and the room wasnt ready yet, hat to wait for 30 to 45min at reception for them to change the bed set up. ended up checking in at 10pm and the smell in the room was unbearable. also all the soap dispensers were empty.

clean, the pool was nice & the staff was absolutely the nicest most welcoming people Ive ever met!!!

location was difficult to get to & the taxi drivers were mostly unaware of the property. the elevators were under maintenance so it took literally 15 mins to get to your room from the ground floor & vice versa.

We were devastated when we knew that the other building was caught-on-fire. We are so worried since our valuables stuff

The hotel room was totally a breathtaking. My husband and I loves the view from our room. Bed were cozy and the lights of the room makes us so relaxing.

Elevators were slow and also the door of our room is quite damaged. Food in the RD has only limited choices which is not good for the value when you are paying breakfast included for the stay.
