As the location of the hotel is very inconvenient to visit Gangtok we checked out next morning.

The room was comfortable.

The hotel is way out of the city of Gangtok so its location is very inconvenient if one wants to visit the city. There seemed to be no other guests at the time we were there so it felt very awkward and strange.

The staff is very helpful,polite and courteous. They will help arrange local sight seeing and transport on demand and is reasonable to avoid going out and searching hassle.

it is all right

this property is clean and stag behaviour is good, in which Pramila rai is very nice behaviour

bathroom accessories is not available. Food arengement is not proper but food quality is best

Good Hospitality with large rooms

Good hospitality from the hotel staff. Special thanks to Operations Manager Mr. Deb who arranged our cabs for daily sightseeing and travel to Namchi at affordable rates.

Some additional facilities like children's play area, gym, etc. could have been added. But I think the resort is working towards that.
