Not up to my lowest expectations . I was totally surprised .

Its a small house .

Its not 5 stars as advertised in booking.com . It doesnt have a restaurant let alone a room service . Its looked at 8 pm and a code is needed to inter the building . My room the next day in my stay wasnt cleaned . I dont know who rated it as 5 stars hotel . Its not even 4 stars or even 3 according to the services provided in the hotel . Im attaching screenshots of my reservation where its rated 5 stars hotel !

Clean and nice rooms. Facilities new and high quality

They claim to be 5 star hotel, but that is not the case. simple stay hotel with no staff or really any services besides a room. The online-check-in was not working good and took several attempts. The advertisement of a sea view is misleading. You can see in the distance when you go on the higher levels maybe a sliver of ocean. But this is not a sea view. Mostly a view of the main road which was loud. The reaction from the staff was not accommodating when i complained about the misleading information.

It was truly amazing!!

No breakfast was served??? Thank so much we had the best stay your bed and pillows felt like heaven... I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately there's that darn thing called work! The view thru the French Doors while sitting in bed is absolutely breathtaking! And the shower!!!! I know it's a weird thing to talk about but the shower was heaven also... the water temperature was perfect... the shower head was high (that's so awesome for a tall person!!!) and the water pressure was fantastic! I took a 45 minute shower... it was the best! I will definitely recommend your place to everyone I know and we will Definitely be back again!! 2 questions please!!!! I forgot to look myself but can you pleaseee tell me what kind of mattress that is in room 2 and the name of those pillows... I desperately need both in my life!!! Thank you for everything!!!

Travel a lot and this place was great!

Very comfortable room in a great location. The Villa feels like a hotel but without the lobby and crowd and no weirdness of an Airbnb. Very intimate. Hosts were very helpful but also invisible.

A much needed getaway.

This is an ideal getaway. There is a great breakfast spot across the street and an Uber is not all that expensive.

The street noise was a bit much if the windows or patio door was open.

Eric was great, so easy to deal with, check in was a breeze. The property was so comfortable and clean. Even though it is on a busy street, the traffic noise wasnt a problem - didnt notice it at all.

Stunning, brand new luxury hotel/

Gorgeous spot in San Clemente! More of a B&B feel, the owners take great pride in their gorgeous hotel and make you feel right at home. We enjoyed meeting the owners and learning about their new hotel, which they built from the ground up. Rooms are thoughtfully and beautifully appointed. Sparkling clean and comfy beds with all of the amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel. Thanks for such a memorable stay at North Beach Villa.

Body lotion provided in the room would have been awesome ;)

This is a small boutique hotel with upscale decor in a great location. It is easily accessible with a short walking distance to the beach. A pre check-in text from the owner gave a clear descriptions of the check-in process and parking

A really relaxing stay with the surroundings of well thought out tech mood lighting remote curtains to improve privacy the ocean view to the fountain villa entrance while having a bar in the event to entertain your guests with a flat screen the exceptionally comforting bed etc etc etc "Swank" is my perception .. Good show Eric !
