    Great location and value for money
    The couple who own the hostel are so helpful, its clean and great location. The value for your money is great.
    The shower isnt great, and there are lots of steps to the room. But no issue, just something to bear in mind.

    Brilliant location, friendly staff, clean room!
    They wanted us to leave the key when we left the hotel, but we just said no and they were absolutely fine with it. I think they just don't want the cost of losing keys which is understandable.

    The hotel is located in an ally so very quiet at night. But it still located close to the main attractions. Friendly owner. My room had a balcony and was big.
    The bed is very high, difficult to get in to. Kind of old building so the room was rather dusty. Very small bathroom with toilet that makes a lot of noise when you flush.

    The location is everything!
    The location is amazing, in the middle of Old quarter. Great value for the money, we had everything we needed, spacious room. The owner is nice, he communicates well via WhatsApp.
    The door to the room has plastic centre and during sleeping light from the hall is shining to the room, so I had a bit trouble to fall asleep. However my boyfriend didnt mind.

    Wonderful budget hotel with lovely staff
    We liked this hotel so much we actually stayed twice after returning to Hanoi from Ha Giang. The staff made sure our key was easily available for our 3am check-in. They are just such lovely people. Clean and functional rooms. Fantastic AC and a fridge in our room. Hot water was excellent. Wifi was okay, a little spotty but that happens in most Vietnamese hotels. For the price I truly cant fault it.

    Fantastic hotel for the price
    I cant really fault the hotel for the price! Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but there are very few capital cities in the world offering private rooms with private bathrooms for 10 a night. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. I felt very safe. The staff were just exceptional. So kind! After we went on a 4 day cruise, we had to return to Hanoi in the morning and our train wasnt until the evening so despite having checked out 3 days prior, the staff still let us store our bags there for free during the day. Really lovely hotel and a great base for Hanoi.
