    Location excellent, restaurant staff great, reception just some were considerate and offered solutions to the checkin problems
    The sofa was broken and it was very difficult to get an acceptable room according to our booking. Bathroom cleanliness was poor

    Staff behaviour was soo good and very helping. Location of the hotel for city travel is very convenient.
    Room Size and comfort was too bad. Breakfast was not good enough. Cleaning was not done properly in room.
