Our first visit to Da Nang
The room. The TV was at a height lower than the bed. It was impossible to see TV while lying down on the bed. Also, the TV was somewhat small for the size of the room. The room also did not have much storage space compared to the next door room (room 2423 where our friends were staying). Normally the corner room is better compared to the other rooms. There was also no seating in the balcony unlike room 2323.

The location was facing the dragon bridge. The property was clean and comfortable
The property is very highly priced. We were made to wait for 1 hour before we could check in because they couldn't find the booking on booking.com. the rooms are smaller than they've been portrayed in the pictures.
They did not send a scissor to the room due to some "regulations"

A nice major hotel on the river. Good views. Well located.
Breakfast was buffet and always well presented with local choices as well as most international standards. View over the river was nice.
Getting to the dining area was not easy. Either go to the ground floor and then up another elevator to the dining area on level 4. Or take the evelvator to level 5 and walk down a spiral staircase to level 4. This staircase is a major hazard for visually impaired (like me with monocular vision) because of its material construction and lack of edge markings. However, this is a minor complaint and one that is not relevant to normal sited persons and a common problem if you visit Vietnam. Not a complaint. Just a fact.

Room was unclean. Staff were beautiful. Pool was great. Loved having the washing machine.
Washing machine and comfy bed. Air con was good. Lovely view from balcony. Pool was lovely w a beautiful view.
Room was unclean, doors were greasy, hair in the bathroom and bedhead. Kitchen was greasy and had big hand marks on the bench. No washing up liquid for kitchen, makes you wonder if anyone washes the dishes properly.
