Exceptional

I wish we stayed for longer!

This hotel most definitely exceeded my expectations! Rooms are quite big, very comfortable, with absolutely everything we needed and even some little gifts like locally produced tea and honey. Amazing sea view to the beach front, beautiful and romantic. The hotel is super quiet, but you hear just a little bit of seagulls "talk" and sea waves, which is super calming. Breakfast was absolutely excellent, both choice and quality. Overall service is 10/10, and our happiness is 11/10. I am hoping that we will come back again!

Disappointing

A lot of potential but unfortunately failed with the basics

The Santa event for the kids was very nice

The wellness is very disappointing. The pool is well heated but so small and not appropriate for a swim. The hotel stuff is partially not helpful and not engaged for a service. Arriving with kids around 13:00 to the hotel room and realizing that you need to prepare the couch for sleeping by yourself is painful.

Great room, and an awful spa

The room matched the photosclean, spacious, and featuring quality cosmetics from Rituals.

The spa experience left much to be desired. Heads up! It's open to the public, resulting in overcrowding and an unpleasant atmosphere. The sauna area had a really bad smell. And also, 2 out of 4 saunas worked, but impossible to use because of the stink. The pool, far from the private oasis depicted, was filled with kids and their trainers, making relaxation impossible. There were no option to rent/buy flip-flops and bathrobes. At the reception, staff failed to provide essential spa and breakfast details, and a lack of basic courtesy (the woman at the reception didn't even say "Hello. How was your stay?") during check-out created an unpleasant atmosphere. While the room met expectations, the disappointing spa experience and communication lapses at the reception diminished the overall stay.
