    Overpriced for a typical nothing special room. Not as Hospital as we would have liked especially for what we paid.
    The kids area was the very best.
    There was one staff member that was particularly rude and I had requested a crib in advanced and when we checked in he said there wasnt any available. Blatantly not trying to even look. We asked another staff member later and they got us the crib. Not sure what was wrong with him but we didnt let that ruin our stay.

    Great location, close to Choc museum/market and short walk to the town
    -Location -Cleanliness -Kids play corner
    -Room got quite warm at times, especially in the morning. Aircon didnt blow cold. Being Winter, it wasnt a problem but can imagine being so on warmer days. -Pillows are small and uncomfortable

    Location was good
    No still water provided. Also they do not put any water in Minibar. If we ask the housekeeping lady supervisor she was making faces to give us water. Shameless staff

    Would like to stay in the hotel again
    Spacious, clean room. The breakfast was very good .
    The location. Basically nothing in terms of restaurants or convenience stores in the area. But it is easy to get an Uber to get to the city center .

    Big room, breakfast more then expected.
    We had dinner there. Very good food, but not so many people to attend. So we waited a long time to be served. If would be good if instead a sofa-bed, to have another bed in the room.
