    The staff were amazing, we went to the wrong novotel at first, but the person on reception rang us a cab, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

    Good hotel, good location, good facilities. Would use again.
    Location very close to the Grand Plaza, and only a few minutes walk to the Westfield shopping centre. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were welcoming and friendly.
    The pull-out bed was a bit uncomfortable but i managed a decent nights sleep.

    Super hotel for the centre of Lille with wonderful staff! Would highly recommend.
    The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to please guests. Location was ideal for the Christmas markets. Breakfast was great with a super choice available. They let us check in 1 hour early as we got there hoping to just leave bags.
    It would have nice to have china cups, tea and milk in the room.

    Disappointing
    The food
    The hotel had advertised facilities it did not have. I would not have booked the stay if I had an accurate picture of the lack of childrens play room and xbox. Despite it being shown on the video and advertised as being listed on the list of amenities and being told I would get compensation, nothing has happened

    Friendliness of staff, being available 24 hrs a day for late check-in. Perfect location. The breakfast facilities were exceptional
    would have preferred a single bed rather than a pull out sofa.

    A good basic hotel with great location
    The location is great, only a short walk from the Grand Place. Room was otherwise okay, but oh my, please get rid of the carpets. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.
