I like the fact that the hotel was positioned where it was easy to get on transportation and maneuver the city.

The fact that I paid for an up charge to have dinner included every night. Only to find out that the dinner was the same night after night after night was not good. No one wants to eat the same thing every night. So we had to end up spending way more money out of pocket to eat out. The New Year's Eve dinner was disappointing because I confirmed my reservation twice before showing up. And they still did not have room. They put us over by the door by the kitchen. The table was not set like all the other tables. The ambience was not there and I didn't feel that your wait staff was helpful at all. Everyone kept staring and whispering.

Disappearing and missing things . Perfume , shirt and t shirt . And unfortunately we didnt discover that until we back home coz our things were in our bags .

Very good

Very quite,new and clean room,very nice staff.

Was little bit cold sleep in room with 5month baby,was not possible make more heat in room. Very little choice for breakfast.

Superb

An excellent place to stay with a child, very quiet and tidy.

The metro station is right in front of the hotel, an ideal location! The hotel has a great coffee bar :)

The sleeping mattress was too soft, so our backs hurt a little, but that's negligible compared to everything else... Cleanliness, contents, towels are changed every day, everything was perfect!

Superb

Great for an affordable stay in Paris

The staff went all out and decorated the room for our arrival - it was my friend's 30th, and there was cake and cream waiting. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with Rituals products. I also worked remotely from the cafe and had a great lunch.

There was a deposit to pay that wasn't listed but was well explained by the staff at check-in.
