Very poor

The room was not clean. Toilet walls were very dirty. Cleaning staff don't clean the carpet. We stayed here for 7 nights. For the entire week the floor wasn't cleaned up. The room was also very much smaller than what the pictures showed online. We were a family of 4 that was squashed into a small room as the hotel was overbooked.

Good location, excellent breakfast, helpfull staff

Very good and safe location, helpfull and kind staff, excellent breakfast. There are supermarket, cafe, restaurants nearby. It is just 25-30 minutes walking from Eiffel tower.

Near to metro station

I booked the stay through booking.com and payment was done before the travel. At the reception, I was asked to pay the full amount again mentioning that booking.com didnt pay the hotel. Tried to convince the receptionist by showing the proof, but didnt accept. Almost after 30mins of discussion, they found that the payment was done and only then we were given the key. Very unpleasant experience which caused agony especially to my kids and request booking.com to look into this.
