    Great breakfast, spacious and clean room
    Room: really spacious and clean, huge comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, very clean. Facilities: pool was nice but quite busy, the gym was well equipped and not very busy at all, one of the best hotel gyms we've used. Staff: pleasant enough! Location: location was fine but it was hard to get to the adjacent street where some restaurants were because the path was pretty treacherous. Breakfast: this was a 10/10 - so much choice and a everything was delicious. Cappuccinos made to order, lots of fruit, cereal, daily smoothie, all the Indonesian food you could think of, it was really great.

    Initially, I remember that I booked for two people with two breakfast. However, the staff told me that I just booked for one person and subsequently my partner unable to enjoy the breakfast together. I hope in the future the platform that I made booking need to the make clear in this manner. The breakfast just a normal expectation as compare with others 4-stars hotel.

    It is a good location to my locations to visit and for friends to come and visit me.
    The breakfast in the mornings was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When I met friends and we ate in the restaurant the menu and food was a good selection and very tasty. The check in staff and lobby area were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable during my stay.
    I was wondering why there were no hand towels in the room? Generally I was pleased with everything.

    Given the wrong room, which is a small mistake, overlooked it. The door for the toilet doesn't have a lock to it. Since it's a sliding door, only attached to the ceiling, the door is "hanging," so it is possible to pull on it. As you close the door of the toilet, it is visible that it is not flush. From the bottom, the gap between the door and the wall increases in size. Shower: There is no door to keep the water from the shower to spill over to other parts of the toilet. The towel rack in the shower was loose. It looks like it is about to fall off any moment.

    Hotel is too packed with non tourist, busy and noisy
    The hotel is very busy everyday especially morning, people coming for staying and event or conference. Hence we need to wait for the lift for about 10 mins each ride and the lift is full and packed. This is not a very good experience. The food delivery sender cannot come to the hotel lobby, they have to walk to here and we need to come down to collect the food while the lift is very hard to wait
