Staff (reception) were excellent. The cleaners were my favs. Those guys rock. Catering (the bistro) was awesome.

An excellent place to stay with a family for service, food and entertainment

Amazing customer service, great services and facilities. The kids holiday program, kids activities, pools, mini golf, tennis and basketball courts, jumping pillows and playground was next level. Outdoor cinema was superb (reccomend bug spray though). Fantastic place to stay with a family and close to all tourist attractions around

Very good

Was great. We have stayed here a lot. Sometimes its hard to get vacancies.

We didnt have breakfast. Location is great

Disappointing

Disappointing and dirty

Main pool and slide Splash Park Mini golf Jumping pillow

Poolside villa amenities and cleanliness were very disappointing. Kettle was filthy and couldn't be used. Ceiling fans were caked with dust and looked like they had never been cleaned. Villa was full of spiders. Villa in desperate need of a deep clean. Go karts were overpriced and rusty barely worked.
