Great location for local attractions like the zoo and mainline trains out of the city.

It's an easy hotel to miss whilst on the street with a single door and hotel sign. The reception is on the 5th floor along with the chill out area and dining room. The room was extremely spacious although sparsely furnished. The shower facilities were great. We were on the 4th floor with a "balcony" view. The rooms were clean and regularly made-up each day. The location is brilliant with the zoo, aquarium and train stations very close by. Traveling to Potsdam was easy from the local mainline station and the museums on the underground. It's an hour train ride to the airport including the walking. 30 minutes by taxi.

Noisy at certain times of the day, particularly the morning as we were close to the lifts and stairs. The balcony is of no use to anyone, if you are expecting to have coffee with a partner overlooking a view this certainly isn't it. The pillows were exceptional but the bed itself felt small and ??? and my son and I never had a good night's sleep. There was a lot of space but I'd prefer a larger table for us to sit at. I doubt very much I'd stay again or I would book a room with larger beds.

Very good

Location, location, location!

There is no doubt about the benefit of this accommodation: the location! There are so many options to get around from the KaDeWe, and the area around the hotel is vibrant. Also, the staff was very friendly.

It wasn't clear what was included in the daily cleaning: sometimes the cups were washed, sometimes they weren't, sometimes the trash was taken out, sometimes it wasn't. If it was our choice to skip the cleaning, e.g. for environmental reasons, this wouldn't have been an issue, but the randomness was a bit confusing, so we started to take out trash ourselves to avoid it getting funky.

Disappointing

Location Breakfast was good but it is same every day. Hence good for only couple of days stay.

Not clean. Lot of dust while check in. And they dont clean the room during our stay. Hence it is not suitable for more than 2 nights.

Couldnt fault this hotel at all- would definitely stay here again

Will come back again!

The locational was excellent, very close to the city center by any type of transport. Room was very cosy and clean. Breakfast - tasty and good quality. Very friendly staff.
