Superb

Paradise really does exist

It is a beautiful location with clear water in front where you can snorkel and dive. The staff is very sweet and caring. The restaurants serve lordly drinks and meals. There are animals like monkeys and deer walking in the resort. In short really a paradise.

The air conditioning couldn't really handle the heat. But that is not surprising, since it is very hot and dry in December. Despite that, we slept wonderfully.

Amazing!

The 3rd time back here and always love it!! The location is so peaceful, quiet, you only hear the ocean, birds and nature. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are amazing!

Great place and location.

Loved the location and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Great for bush walks, the snorkelling reef was worth me trip.

Air con required servicing and had to change rooms.

Very friendly staff, right in the middle of the national park, good food and well organised and we felt very welcomed. Lots of animals right in front of us, monkeys stealing food from the breakfast and dinner plates which is all immediately replaced by the friendly staff.

Overall a bit basic and less luxurious as you would expect from the pictures. The AC did not really manage the heat and the rooms where still quite hot and stuffy.

We will be back.

Property is stunning, and the whole eco concept is impressive. They indeed practice what they preach. Beach is super clean, as well as the whole property, very peaceful and relaxing. They promote co-living and co-existence with wildlife, such as deer, black leaf monkeys, macaque monkeys and wild pig, and they don't have any commercial shops which was so nice to experience. They take care of the coral reefs, and even if you choose to snorkle only around the peer, you will have amazing time. Great place for swimming as well, Ocean is calm there. They offer a lot of activities, we went to Menjangan island temple tour, and it was worth the visit. Boats are well maintained and staff is professional and helpful. Star gazing at night is amazing!

The heat was very strong, and we had a problem with cold water in the shower. The pipes were so heated during the day, that we had only hot water :) On top of that, there was not a lot of drinkable water in the room, we needed to ask for additional water pretty often. We booked massage in their spa center, and the massage was good but there was no music during the treatment, that is something I would recommend to have a truly relaxing and restoring experience.
