Highly recommended. Our family had a great stay at Oakwood residence.

Everything was excellent. Facilities were clean, comfortable and new, pool with a great view of the city, and breakfast tasty and rich. A special thank you for the staff (everyone from the reception staff, to security, to kitchen staff) who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. If we are ever back in HCMC, we will definitely choose Oakwood residence again.

Clean and spacious apartment with everything you need

Fantastic rooms work lots of space. The mall next door is very handy. I especially loved the washing and dyer which is super appreciated after 2 weeks of dirty clothes. The housekeeping staff did such a wonderful job and everything is spotless

The staff were professional however, just lacked any warmth or a friendly hello upon checking in or throughout my stay for 4 nights

Everything! Breakfast is Amazing! Its accessible to everything. Shout out to Lily who helped us during our stay! Will definitely come back to this place.

Housekeeping accused us of taking their hangers which was never there in the first place.

Very comfortable Friendly and efficient staff

Very weak Wi-Fi For any modern families, this is fatal. Our kids were very unhappy and it affected my work too. At one point, I couldnt even open an email. The manager apologised and explained that they had a temporary problem that weekend, however the people whom we befriended with have been living there since January and said the internet is always bad. Such a shame as Oakwood will not be a hotel which we would consider when we are in the city next time, otherwise an excellent accommodation.
