    I had a really bad time. Ahmed wasn't helpful, and the place was not clean at all. The balcony was dirty with a lot of dust. It wasn't a beach front property, and the pool was shared, not private. The doors were broken, and we couldn't contact anyone for help because the number was from Spain, and we are in the UAE. It was a tough and disappointing experience with unmet expectations.

    Wonderful Villa and excellent service
    The coziness and cleanness of the property well managed Ahmed from the team provided excellent service in a friendly manner looking forward to visit again soon.
    The shower heating system could be better and stronger water pressure for the bidet is needed.

    unit was not in rentable condition ..
    location is good.. nice open space and nice pool
    had a toilet smell from first moment we walked in .. had plumbers there on evening of check in for 3hrs and again next day for 4-5hrs.. smelled terrible only booked 2 night stay and half time had work man in house with my family 4 x coffee pods given for 7 people for 2 night stay main shower didnt drain so showered in pool of water which wasnt fixed toilet downstairs when flushed filled to top with water and couldnt be used says 4 bedroom but actually a 3 bedroom plus maid and the second big bedroom doesnt have bathroom and needs to go into twin room to use bathroom which is super inconvenient especially when downstairs bathroom not working plus received 30 messages before check in as their system was glitching and kept telling me credit card neeeded to be updated and payment wasnt done
