Very poor

Would have chosen differently had I known - I had confidence that Barcelo was a good choice.

We had twin beds as asked and no feather pillows as asked.

Shower area had broken tiles all along the wall. There were rooms with bathrooms and rooms with shower rooms- we were not asked or told of this at any point- just allocated two rooms with showers. When asked the receptionist told us they weee same category and price but they had allocated us two shower rooms and could not change. After insisting, we were told that there was another one in a different floor. The rooms are noisy - no different with the windows open or closed in respect of noise. There was no water pressure and the handheld shower is not fit for purpose- it cannot be adjusted. The breakfast was okay - although cereals were all stuck together in a lump- either there for a long time or too humid where they are kept. The jars of chocolate or strawberry for the waffles should be labelled- you have to hold them against the light to see what was what. My mother wanted chocolate but got strawberry as she could not see the contents easily. We were told that the restaurants were 2 minutes away and it took us half an hour with my elderly parents on tow No advice was given regarding the narrow size of the car lift
