We were directed to stay at Barcelo hotel (Barcelo and Occidental hotels work together). The staff at the both hotels were incredibly friendly and professional. Especially Hanieh who went beyond to help us navigate things in the town or address our questions. Thank you to the both hotels!

Worth the money

First of all the location is really close to isktiklal and taksim square. The staff was really nice and helpful they went out of their way to help me with everything.

Great!

As soon as we arrived we were taken to our room which however was not clean, had cigarette ashes and the bottle of water was consumed. Promptly the staff relocated us to another room, which was larger than the first. Full breakfast, with many options, good sauna and pool.
