Nice but can be improved
Nice location, we had a beach villa and it was great to have the sea view. Since we were at the end of the road, it was also quiet which we really enjoyed. Part of the staff was really nice and accommodating. We had some issues with the restaurant / bar during our stay and we really appreciated how these were handled.
Some of the staff just didnt seem to have the proper training for a 5* hotel. Breakfast was the worst in that regard. Even simple things like sunny side up was not understood. As a woman I got approached with hello sir (I mean come on?!). Breakfast around 9-10 was always a mess. Things constantly missing, staff running around but just not capable of delivering the right kind of service. Simple things like cold milk were not provided. Weve had better breakfasts at 4* hotels during our Vietnam stay. All in all, most of the staff was trying but the result was mediocre.

Amazing hospitality and beautiful view.
Breakfast was always fun because of wide range of variation.
The location is a bit far from the center of the city so I recommend for people who want to relax and stay at the hotel.

Everything. Decor. Rustic feel. Comfort. Service.
Terrible lighting. Strange placement of switches. So, so food. Huge buffet breakfast but average quality/taste of food. Breakfast feels crowded.

The bathroom was horrible. Wide open to the elements, wind blowing through while taking a shower, clumsy large stone-hewn sinks and bathtub, difficult to move around. Shower not draining well, water all over the floor

Amazing experience!
Great resort with phantastic facilities. The rooms were big with comfy beds and very unique bathroom arrangements, giving you the feeling of outdoor bathrooms but with the required privacy. Everything is so close to the beach, so you could easily alternate between the stunning infinity pool and the almost private beach. Stunning sunsets from pool and even better from the beach. Breakfast was amazing.The staff were outstanding, so friendly and attentive, making you feel spoilt. Being so close to shops and restaurants allowed for some local dinner experience.
