Very good

It was a small, cozy, practical apartment.

Nothing really, the hosts were exceptional and the facilities and location were great. I wouldn't change anything to be quite honest.

Disappointing

Luckily just a short stay

Great location with a lovely view from the living area and balcony. A short walk from the beach, a pool on property, a great cafe close by. Secure parking on site, at no extra cost.

Unfortunately, place is very run down and needs maintenance. While the rust is understandable, given the sea air, the level of disrepair goes beyond that. We also received raggedy towels and linen and the worst looking bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. Expecting a hand towel was asking for too much. If youre a student who will be out drinking most of the time, this place is perfect. Otherwise, I think you can find better for the price.

The location was good, not too far to drive to places and walking distance from the beach, but because it's located on the main street, it's not for guests looking for some peace and quiet. The fan and aircon in the bedroom helped a lot, but it would be more helpful to have an extra fan in the living area. The view from the patio is beautiful, and the apartment is well decorated. The wifi also made it more pleasant.

We only received one towel for the entire 4 day stay for two people. The host said they would send some, but they never did. There is not enough water pressure to shower as well, which should be fixed as one does not want to take a bath after swimming in the ocean. Generally, we felt there was not enough communication from the host, and he was not very helpful, which made us feel unwelcome.

It was lovely

The Wifi was great. Place was very clean and cosy. Linen clean.

It would be nice to provide very basic things, like coffee, sugar, tea, shower gel and shampoo and a little bottle of lotion. The toilet needs fixing. Bath tab and shower could be modernized to make it even more nicer . It would be nice to park car right in front of the flat instead of parking at the parking which is a level up and far away from the flat. It was not easy finding the place. The security guard was kind enough to allow us to park in front of the flat. The couch feels/looks like it might collapse under one. Needs checking/replacement.

Bad

The location is perfect and a walking distance to the beach.

Our room had the bad smelling pee. It was absolutely horrible and unbearable, worse part we had to tolerate it for the whole week and our host didnt even answer our calls the whole time, after she told us she would replace the couch. The bedsheets were very light and no extra blankets were made available for us. Thank God it wasnt cold. The place was horrible I wouldnt recommend it to anyone especially the smell of that couch still torment us till today.
