Good rooms but poor service

Cleanliness of rooms was at expected level for thsi price range Convenient location close to the city center and train station

The staff was not really aware of basic procedures on allergies, which is a legal obligation - it took them at least 30 mn to find out the allergen list which was very basic. Breakfast area is totally undersized for so many guests , food is not great, always something missing, and much too expensive for the poor quality/choice/availability. Not enough staff in the morning Poor drink choice at the hotel bar Not enough parking places in the hotel parking, meaning you need to park at the station for 14 Euros per night.

Very good

Helpful reception and night porter. Room small but very comfortable and lovely shower. Good position in the city so shops in easy reach

Breakfast was a bit of a car crash with the breakfast room unable to cope with too many guests and the buffet bar not stocked well enough so at times there was very little food and long queue for the coffee machine
