Great location, friendly staff, new facilities

Very modern and aesthetic, rooms had nice views of Mount Batur. The staff was very friendly and attentive

Sink was leaking and the shower hose was leaking when you flexed it. Disappointed that activities stated on their website so this should have been clarified on the page itself rather than being told this when I contacted them

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I enjoyed the events the hotel put on, such as

We loved the location and especially the view. Our Mountain View corner room gave incredible views of the mountain and lake. It was close enough to the market that we could get a quick Gojek. Also the hotel was able to book a private hike of Mt Batur to see the sunrise which was an incredible experience. Afterwards the hotel arranged a floating breakfast for us in their top floor heated infinity pool.

The website was a bit misleading. It made it look like you have two pools when really the other building is still under construction which was a bit noisy during the day, but not bad. The hotel did warn us about the noise prior to our arrival. Also the room didnt have AC so it was a bit warm during the day but the overhead fan cooled things down.

The view was amazing and the staffs are exceptional. The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities. The breakfast (ala carte) couldve been better.

Incredible experience but expect some bugs!

The staff, the food, the view, the service, the aesthetics. Everything was beautiful and amazing!

Given the location, we expected bugs, however due to the installation of the room doors and balcony sliding doors, there is quite a large gap that allows for more bugs to easily enter the room. However, the staff was helpful in coming right away to help remove the bugs and provide a spray to help at night. If this space between doors is fixed, I could have lived here!
