    Owners were friendly and happy to explain what was around
    Room was very cold, windows not sealed with cold air coming in. Bathroom had mold around some of the tiles, noise from other rooms was entering the room (could hear people's snoring from other rooms)

    When I was stranded in Donegal at Christmas and all the shops/restaurants were closed, the family were kind enough to bring me Christmas dinner, saving my Christmas. Very nice accommodation!

    The location was great, right in the middle of the square.
    The oil burner was in a cupboard in my room. It was quite noisy when it came on. Room needed updating and the cups and 2 of the 3 towels were dirty.

    our stay was fine we had plenty of bars and food outlets very close to the hotel.
    everything was nearby.
    when we arrived we were told the bar and restaurant were closed due to staff shortage.

    The pub was closed/out of business and the bloke was pissed about coming to let me into the building
    ODonnells was closed - that was a surprise. There were paper signs on the windows with a number to call to rent a room. No instructions whatsoever about how to actually check in if youve already booked a room. After calling the number a very inconvenienced man showed up and didnt realize that I (the bloke on the street in front of the door with luggage) was the one who wanted to get into my room. Around 1am 4 fellas came back to the adjacent room and spent an hour yelling about their night. Then they turned on some dumb shit game show and blasted the tv until I left at 6am. Basically got 2 hours of rubbish sleep.

    Great accommodation at amazing prices. We planned for 1 night, but stayed the 2nd night as a bonus.
    Centrally positioned in the centre of donegal town. Close to a wide selection of shops and pubs. First floor room, en suite with a view to the town square. Although night time noise was anticipated I enjoyed a very comfortable sleep. With the occasional sounds of young party goers enjoying themselves.
    We could have done with a small table to make tea and boil the kettle, which was provided. Booking.com hadn't updated that the bar and restaurant were closed but that was confirmed by the proprietor in advance of our travel so we were not disappointed as we were central to all conveniences anyway.

    It was great but would have been nicer to have been able to eat, drink and been entertained there.
    When we booked, the website indicated a restaurant and all the things that you'd expect a pub to have when in fact none of this was available. Only the accommodation was available. The lady who met us with the keys was great but there were phone calls made to get them delivered to us. We were happy with the accommodation and the location it just wasn;t what we expected but there were plenty of other pubs and restaurants available as we were on the main square of Donegal.
    Everything was fine only the slightly false advertising regarding the services available at the pub.
