HOLIDAY FROM HELL

Little to nothing other than location and entertainment was ok most nights they had a mini disco for kids and something afterwards including magician and circus. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging.

Food is terrible always cold and undercooked. Room was filthy with chunks taken out of the wall and blood on bed sheets on arrival. No compensation provided. Lifeguard was very rude and you can't bring any float larger than a baby ring into the pool which the reason given by management is as its not there's. Such a money racket. Room is so small you can bearly move with more than 2 in the room. There is no spac3 between beds. Male manager very rude and condescending. Sink falling off the wall in bathroom. Cleaners barg in regardless of do not disturb sign

The size of pool, but mostly there was no squabbling over sun loungers, unlike other hotels with towels on them very early morning.

Breakfast was the worst I have had in a hotel. Selection was very poor and amount of items on display was not acceptable, that was the reason we did not eat dinner in the hotel. I paid for breakfast for the week but only turned up for three mornings. Also rooms were not fully clean, mattress had stains and crumbs along the edging, under the bed was some items left from previous guest. The lifts were very dated and most certainly not clean .Although the lifts were certified and tested the carriages at some point soon should be updated as the cables and mechanisms were twanging and stressed. The pool was filthy in between the grout both above and below. The edging of the pool was filthy especially near the water slides were there is broken tiles and a build up of algae around the loungers. Rubbish bins were filthy and cigarette's stubs all over edges Having Photos taken from my experience I would preferer not to upload them as I am sure this will put people of visiting were all of the above can Easley be rectified. This comes down to poor managements and not the staff. Hats off the the entertainments staff who keep residents involved. Having to to get ice pops in the main bar inside was crazy rather than simply getting them from the pool bar. Although visually was not up to standards, we felt safe leaving personal items near pool whilst getting some refreshments and above all was relaxing.

Location

Cleaners go through private bags to find phone chargers and leave their phone on charge in your room. Whilst your out, then forget and its still there when you get back. Manager has no guts to apologise, just leaves a plate of fruit that is not wanted in your room also whilst we were out. Pathetic. Avoid this hotel.

The facilities for kids were great pool tables, water slides table tennis and foosball. The reception staff were extremely helpful even those with poor English. Housekeeping staff and the chefs who cooked omletes and pancakes to order

The staff in the bar need to have a more friendly attitude especially the woman in charge makes 0 effort. You nearly feel like it's a inconvenience asking for a drink and they are not over busy

the breakfast was very complete and nice. the beds were comfortable and big enough

We informed about a leaking sink and was never fixed The beds were so big that there was barely any space to move around the room The plates and glasses at breakfast were often dirty (specially the glasses to take fresh juice)

The cleaning of room and of the swimming pool area.people leave food and beverage on the floor under beds around swimming pool and nobody picks up until the closure.in the room they dry the bath and change towels but they dont clean the bath and the room
