    It was nothing like your pictures. Could be false advertising. The place was dirty. We would not even eat there it was so horrible.

    Very clean and comfortable. Very good value for money with the cooked breakfast included.
    Parking is an issue in Weymouth. We were given a pass for a car park in town which meant a bit of a walk.

    We did have a lovely time thank you , but wont stay here again it wasnt really practical for our needs.
    Very close to the beach front and the town. Breakfast was very nice good quality produce. Staff were friendly.
    Parts of the guest house are very dated especially the shared bathroom and there was a horrible smell. The top floor attic room was very hot it would of been nice to have been offered a fan. The en suite bathroom was tiny and the shower didnt really work very well. The towels were also tiny not much use for my 6ft sons.

    Convenient and comfortable with super breakfast.
    The breakfast was amazing. Plentiful and freshly cooked. My favourite Earl Grey tea was available. It was a very short walk to the seafront so I could swim each morning before breakfast. Nice hot shower.
    Bathroom a little small. Could be awkward for a larger person. Parking a bit of an issue but I got a weekend parking ticket at the railway station which was quite reasonable and only a short walk to the hotel.

    Location. Big breakfast.
    The stair going up to the last floor was too narrow. My boyfriend is in a big frame so it was kinda hard for him. If you're 6 ft and above, please make sure not to bump your head in the overhead beam.
