Disappointing

The pool area was ok & small garden area too.

The bed was the worst Iv ever slept in & it took All day to sort out another room with a better bed that you could sleep in, this room did not have a balcony or bath of which we paid for in the first room, no kettle or tea or coffee making facilities in room, skirting boards mouldy & falling off. No Controll over A/C unit, the bathroom basin sink plug let water by so hard to have a shave, the general cleanest of the room was not which to expect from a 3 star hotel. If this hotel has recently undergone a refurbishment then I would hate to have seen it beforehand. The mastic to the bathroom wet areas was mouldy. The breakfast/dinning room area had both male & female toilets situated within the room & both entrance doors were always open which again I wouldnt recommend for smells & noise release whilst eating, not been thought about in design stages. I would not be staying again or recommending to anyone.
