Over charged for a single night in a single bed
The Location . Nice 170 Euros for single one night, nothing nice about that.

    Good
    Decent, but not great.
Close to Temple Bar, but not too close. Shower worked well.
There were times during the day in which the heat was not available. The mattress was pretty much shot. Felt like sleeping in a hammock.

    Highly recommend
The guesthouse was spotless - very clean and warm. Room basic but very functional. Beds very comfortable. Kitchenette next door with tea, coffee etc and tables available for take away etc. I can't say enough about management and staff in bar below. So friendly, chatty and couldn't do enough. Made it a very enjoyable stay with loads of local knowledge shared about venues etc. Highly recommend.
The price - but it is Dublin and in the centre of everything so can't really complain.

It was at the center of Dublin. We were very close in walking distance. The bonus was the pub and their delicious Irish beers! Definitely would be back!
