Very good

Location is always a bitter sweet one. The Location is good that its close to airport and the free shuttle on the hour helps massively. But the area around there is very quiet and nothing to do. The restaurant staff and others are always great especially at breakfast time. They're so helpful. Comfortable bedroom and bathrooms.

Toilet lacked a bidet and the view I payed extra for was of the main road and not the garden. The restaurant menu seems too small and limited choices.

Very good

Free shuttle to and from airport and the convenience it brings. The hotel room is nice and clean and comfortable. The layout is good and friendly staff.

The toilets don't have bidets. The AC unit seems to have its own mind.

Pregnant women and her 1 year old baby was attacked in this hotel,not safe place

I am an eight-month-old pregnant woman. I was attacked and cursed with insults at me and my one-year-old daughter in the presence of the reception staff. They did not defend me at all and did not call the police. They accepted the criminal who assaulted me in the hotel. It was the worst night I had ever experienced while I was alone with my infant. I fell ill and they did not provide me with any care. I was healthy and asked for a bed for my infant daughter and they did not give me. The surveillance cameras in this hotel prove the assault she was subjected to and they were not responsible at all.
