Great stay
The hotel is within walking distance from Kyoto station, it's easy to get to all tourist areas from it. We were able to store our luggage a few hours prior to check-in time, so it was very convenient. The whole has all kinds of complementary services such as ice cream or ramen.
The onsen is crowded most of the time (but otherwise it's great and well organized).

The hot springs are better than I couldve imagined for the price! Was not expecting levels of different baths! Food was great, short walk to the station, and great staff.

Loved having the onsen in the hotel! It was so nice to come back at the end of the day to it. I have tattoos and the staff gave me the tattoo covers so I could still use the onsen.
The location was also great and convenient. It is about 5 minutes from Kyoto Station so I was able to go and do day trips to Osaka and Nara easily, as well as walk to Nishiki Market, Gion, Yasaka-jinja and Kiyomizu-dera.
I did not get the breakfast with my room so cannot speak to how it tasted but it looked busy every day.

We had a wonderful stay
I love everything about this hotel. From the location, facilities, and room size. The hotel floor is all tatami and they provide shoe locker for you to store your shoes. They provide slippers if you dont want to walk barefeet. Staff speak great english and can help you send your luggage via Yamato transport to your next hotel destination. The amenities is exceptional. They provide free probiotic drinks in the morning and ramen & ice cream at night. There's massage chair, seating area after onsen. The room is also spacious and also tatami floor. Bed was comfy and the duvet is soooo thick and cozy. It is short walk to Kyoto Station and seven eleven is just right around the corner.

Great location and nice room! Full onsen facilities are awesome. Free ramen, ice cream and drinks are nice touches. Highly recommended!
